I take on a small number of AI integration and automation projects for businesses that want working systems without hiring a full engineering team. The work looks like the systems documented on this site: automation pipelines, AI-assisted workflows, and the plumbing that makes them reliable enough to run unattended.

Start with a Workflow Roadmap Session

Every engagement starts the same way: one paid working session where we map your actual workflow and figure out where AI genuinely fits (and where it doesn't).

• One session. 90 minutes, you and me, walking through how your work actually flows today.
• One roadmap document. Within 3 business days you get a written AI Workflow Roadmap: your workflow mapped, where automation pays off, what it would take to build, and what to skip.
• Full credit toward a build. Decide within 30 days to have me build it, and 100% of the session fee comes off the project.

The session is $450, paid when you book. The fee is non-refundable; it converts to credit as above. The roadmap is yours to keep and act on however you like, including building it yourself.

After the roadmap, three paths

• Run with it yourself. The roadmap is written so a capable operator can execute it. No hard feelings; that's what it's for.
• I build it, you run it. I build the workflow and hand it over with documentation written so you can operate and maintain it without me.
• I build it and support it. Build plus ongoing support and iteration as your workflow evolves.
